On September 26, 2013, the City of Boulder Community Mediation Program hosted a question and answer session with local landlord-tenant attorneys to help inform those affected by the recent flooding. Attorneys answered flood-related questions and explained legal rights under the Colorado landlord-tenant law, including the warranty of habitability. The Q&A session was almost 2 1/2 hours, and lots of terrific information was shared. The Boulder Community Mediation Program was kind of enough to record video of the entire session and release it to the public in four parts.
To get started viewing the videos, we’ve added them as part of our Landlord-Tenant Resources.
